The Arts and Culture Forum has been formed as a partnership between Basildon, Billericay and Wickford CVS and the Basildon District Arts Association. 

It aims to actively promote art and culture as a vital ingredient of community life by increasing local participation, holding funding workshops specifically geared towards arts and culture and raising awareness of current and future initiatives, projects and events.  It is also hoped to implement an arts and culture festival throught the Basildon District (Basildon, Billericay and Wickford) in 2006.

The Forum is currently planning a festival of arts and culture for 2005 called 'Kick Up The Arts' click here for more information.
